SERVICE GUARANTEE AND REFUND PROCESS

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all products and services purchased through incrm.io. However, if we are unable to provide the agreed services, we will issue a 100% refund upon request within fourteen (14) days of purchase. This satisfaction guarantee complements our legal obligations and is detailed further in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our satisfaction guarantee is void if the product or service has been modified or altered in any way by the customer.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, order number, purchase date and reason for the refund. We will process your request within five (5) to ten (10) business days of receiving all necessary information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 1-7 business days based on your financial institution’s policies and billing cycle.

EXCEPTIONS

Our Refund Policy does not cover certain situations, and no refunds will be issued for the following:

Once work has commenced on a custom project due to the unique nature of the service.

Services that have already been rendered or completed, such as a completed QA test or a finished marketing campaign.

Digital products or scripts delivered to and utilized by the client once accessed or downloaded.

Pre-purchased service packages or subscriptions that have been partially used.

Amounts spent on advertising platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads, as these costs are incurred directly with the platforms.

Fees paid for consultations or expert advice once the consultation has taken place.

Situations where the client has breached the terms and conditions of the service agreement.

Issues arising from third-party integrations or dependencies outside the control of the service provider.

Time-limited or event-based services, such as promotional campaigns or seasonal offers, once the event period has commenced or concluded.

CHARGEBACK NOTICE

When you engage with our Services, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy. Using a chargeback to seek a refund outside of these terms constitutes a violation of our agreement.

We treat chargeback disputes seriously, and any suspicious payment disputes may be reported to payment processors, authorities, and relevant agencies, supported by evidence of the dispute. Chargeback disputes are considered a breach of trust and can result in legal consequences.
